JAGUAR V12 HEAD REMOVER
V12HEADREMOVER is the safe and easy way to remove the cylinder head from a jaguar V12 engine.
The cylinder head can be removed without damage and without un-necessary force

Compatible with Jaguar V12 engines of all era’s including 6.0 and 5.3 engines.
XJ40 V12, XJS V12, 3 series E-Type (XKE), XJ12, Jag V12 Kit cars.
V12HEADREMOVER tool is attached onto the cylinder head of the engine by the camshaft retaining bolts. Specially positioned bolts are positioned to push onto the cylinder head studs to slowly ease the head upwards. With half turns across each bolt the head will evenly lift and not be damaged by the process. This can even be used on long seized engines. One tool is machined to be used on both banks of the engine. Video shown be below in operation
Our tool is made from 20mm thick high strength steel. CNC machined for accuracy and finished in a powder coat. All holes and threads are cleared and each part is 100% gauge checked on a engine before leaving the our UK based facility

What's included?

V12headremover tool, grade 8.8 bolts and two eyelets for lifting the head on and off, recommended to use a lifting aid once the head is attached due to weight. Such as an engine crane.
Remember one plate is machined to be used on both head banks
